Drew is responsible for the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of the affordable and workforce housing portfolio, including: sourcing new construction and rehabilitation deals, project management, financial analysis, government relations, syndication, and due diligence activities. He has completed over $300 million in affordable and workforce housing developments and investments. Previously, Drew served as Vice President of Development at LEDIC Realty Company, where he led in the overall deal flow and structured finance of affordable and workforce housing assets. Prior to LEDIC, Drew served as Senior Project Manager at Coastal Phoenix Investments where he focused on managing tax credit transactions, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC) and New Market Tax Credits (NMTC). Drew received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama.
