Dobbins Group is currently developing this 306-unit state-of-the-art community integrated with The Summit at Fritz Farm, a Whole Foods anchored shopping and entertainment venue under construction in Lexington, KY. The Summit will feature over 300,000 square feet of upscale retail shops and restaurants, a 120 room boutique hotel, 50,000 square feet of Class A office space and a senior living community. The site is the last large developable tract within the Lexington urban service boundary and involved significant re-entitlement work prior to closing.

Creekside at Providence is a 209 unit, $28 million Class A asset located in one the fastest growing communities in the state of Tennessee and part of the Providence 276 acre PUD. Dobbins Group closed on this site following successful rezoning of the property and completed development in 2016. Creekside residents enjoy walkable access to over 1 million square feet of retail including over 20 restaurants, a movie theater and multiple grocery stores.

Dobbins Group developed this $17 million, 135-unit luxury multifamily property located in the upscale Birmingham community of Homewood, following successful re-entitlement and rezoning for greater density. We purchased an existing antiquated apartment community in an “A” midtown location adjacent to the Homewood CBD / village retail shops and minutes from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and 5 Points South Entertainment District. Moretti sold in December 2014 at one of the highest sales (per unit) achieved to date in the state of Alabama
